  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 5,000 PKR within Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping rates will vary based on the destination country and the size/weight of the items. All customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to most locations within Asia. However, certain rural or remote areas may have additional delivery timeframes or restrictions.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping options available at checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Please note: In rare cases, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: We are unable to modify the shipping address, items, or delivery method once your order has been processed and shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the items following our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply when the package reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
  • Customs Delays: Customs procedures may cause delays in delivery. Hibaza is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
